Brunch in Hawaii has got to be the most incredible experience: from the views, to the ocean, to the climate. Add to that a wicked plate of guava chiffon pancakes, and you're in nirvana. At Cinnamon's in Kailua, it's a house specialty, made with perfectly puffy pancakes soaked in two guava-infused sauces and topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
