Although that might appear to be a large cake in the photo, it's actually just the way the chocolate chip cookie dough pancakes are presented at Uptown Diner in Minneapolis. Composed of two buttermilk pancakes, packed with cookie dough bits and topped with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream galore, it's one of the most popular stacks on the menu (not hard to see why!).
