Kway Chap (Singapore)

This Teochew dish is an all-time favorite dish of Singaporeans that comes in two parts: one consists of flat, broad rice sheets bathing in a dark soy sauce and broth, and the second is a plate of various pig offal, braised duck meat, preserved salted veggies, fishcakes, braised, hard-boiled eggs and multiple kinds of beancurd. Though it might be hard to stomach when you think of what you're eating, it is a real culinary experience to be had if you're up to it.
