Chili pepper marinade

To spice up your chicken, chili pepper is your best bet.

In a small food chopper, mix 1 small onion with 3 garlic cloves and blend well. Add this mixture to a bowl, then add 2 teaspoons of Teriyaki sauce, the juice of half a lime and half a sliced chili pepper.

Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, spoon the marinade on top of the chicken (thighs, breast or wings work great). Put in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours, turning once.

Then cook the chicken in a pan or in the oven, with a side of stir-fried vegetables.
