Sesame seed marinade

Have you ever tried a marinade with sesame seeds in it?

To make it, add 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds to half a bunch of finely chopped spring onions, 4 cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of tahini. You can also add 1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar or rose wine, a bit of salt and then mix well.

Add to the chicken and let marinate for at least 6 hours.

This marinade is great for any Asian-inspired meal.
