  • 1 Shallot, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper (or Pimentos)
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup mayonaise
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBL Old Bay Seasoning
  • Oil for Frying
  • Parsley - Garnish
  • Capers - Garnish
