  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • For the Syrup:
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • For the Glaze:

  • 3/4 C OIL
