Moroccan Lamb Kebabs

  • 1 lb. lamb meat (eg lamb)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Step 1

Cut meat into cubes.

Step 2

Put meat in a bowl with the onion, parsley, pepper, cumin, salt and oil.

Step 3

Rub mixture over meat by hand and marinate 5 minutes.

Step 4

Put the diced meat on skewers and grill on a barbecue of your choice (charcoal or electric), turning occasionally until cooked.

Step 5

Serve hot. These skewers go perfectly with a mint tea.
