You can try mixing different types of meat together, like lamb and beef or beef and mutton, to produce a rich, flavorful kebab. If you're using wooden skewers for your kebabs, make sure you soak them in water before grilling them to stop the kebabs from bursting into flames! I love to serve kebabs on homemade flatbreads, with thinly sliced red onions, chopped fresh parsley or mint, and a garlicky yogurt dip like Greek tzatziki.
