Paruppu urundai kuzhambu , Lentil dumplings cooked in tamarind water and chilli spices

  • To make Lentil balls(Urundai) :
  • Channa dal(kadalai paruppu) – ½ cup
  • Red chilies – 4 nos
  • Saunf(fennel seeds) – ½ tsp
