Serves: 1


  • 1 refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Melted butter
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Pearl sugar


  1. Roll the biscuit dough into a ball between your hands
  2. Flatten and spread it out into a square shape with you fingers onto a clean work surface.
  3. Drizzle butter all over. 
  4. Sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 
  6. Roll up into a thin log.
  7. Cut the log in two, and compact each half slightly before placing in your waffle iron.
  8. Let cook for 3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with more pearl sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Serve.
