Love the water-bath

A water bath, also known as a bain marie, is the best way to melt chocolate. To make a water bath, you can either use a double boiler, or simply boil some water in a pot and place a glass bowl on top. Add your chocolate to the bowl, and the steam from the boiling water will slowly and delicately melt the chocolate into smooth, melted goodness.
