Volunteer for Taco Tuesday

Mexican food is easy to prepare for groups and absolutely delicious! And who wouldn't want an excuse to drink margaritas on a Tuesday? Going along with the 'toppings bar' concept, put together a taco bar to make hosting easier.

Focus on marinating the protein and grilling or sautéeing it up. Put out a wide selection of toppings for your guests to build their own tacos, and be sure to have tortilla chips and salsa as a side. Prepare fresh guacamole, which is super easy to make. Simply mash an avocado with tomato, garlic and onion; then season with salt and pepper (hot sauce or cayenne pepper, optional) and finish with a squeeze of lime juice.

Toppings suggestions: sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, pickled jalapeños, diced onion, tomato and cilantro.
