Make it a fit food fest

Social gatherings don't always have to be laden with diet-ruining foods and drinks. Why not have a sporty get-together with friends by doing a group workout, such as yoga or running? Then replenish your stores with a super healthy spread of chopped veggies, fruits and homemade dips.

Get as many different-colored veggies in as possible, including colorful bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery, broccoli and cauliflower. And vary your fruit selection with sliced bananas, strawberries, grapes, clementines, pineapple, mango, kiwi, apples and cherries.

Dunk them in a delicious spread of different-flavored hummus, nut butters, bean dips, yogurt-based creamy dips, and maybe splurge with some Nutella (for the fruit!)
