Italian: Buffalo mozzarella and tomato pizza

Pizza is the picture of Italy, and this cheesy wonder originates from the town of Naples. Although it's usually shunned by the weight-loss world, it's regularly eaten in Italy without causing widespread obesity. By making it yourself and choosing healthier toppings, such as vegetables instead of pepperoni and sausage, you'll be able to turn your back on those extra pounds. You don't need to overload your pizza either—a few slices of super-fresh Buffalo mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves is all you need for that true Italian flavor.
