This recipe is amazingly tasty and easy to prepare. Mix 4 ounces sausage meat with 1/2 cup blended hazelnuts and a little salt. Butterfly your pork loin to form a flat rectangle, then top with 4 fresh figs cut into quarters, and add the sausage-hazelnut mixture. Roll up, cover the outside of your pork roast with sliced bacon and tie with kitchen string. In a baking dish, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 minced onions. Add the roast and cook for about 50 minutes (20 minutes at 450 °F and 30 minutes at 375 °F), covered, checking regularly.
