If you've ever struggled to peel a stubborn orange, only to have rind jammed under your fingernails and tiny pieces of peel scattered all over the place, you'll appreciate this trick. Quickly slice the top and bottom of the orange away (don't cut too much though, you don't want to waste the lovely flesh!). Next, make a slice down the side, where the pieces of the orange join together, and unroll the whole thing! Genius! Check out the method here.
