How to Make the Best Homemade French Fries Ever

Heavily season your fries

You'll need a bit more salt and seasoning than you would normally use. Don't go overboard, but nothing is worse than plain, bland potatoes. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure not to overcrowd your pan! Fries won't cook evenly if they're covered by or touching other fries. Be sure that they are only in one layer on the baking sheet.
