- Tamarind pulp diluted 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Food color a pinch
- Pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Fennel seed powder ½ tsp
- Ginger powder ¼ tsp
- Black salt 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
