Pumpkin roasted with garlic and herbs

If you didn't already know, pumpkin is a type of squash... For this delicious recipe, wash the pumpkin and cut it into quarters. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Using a brush, baste with honey, then season to taste. Sprinkle with thyme and cumin and add unpeeled garlic cloves to the tray. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 °F.
