Combine blended butter cookies with melted butter. Layer the mixture onto the bottom of your baking mold, and store in the fridge. Using a whisk, combine the eggs with sugar, and add mascarpone and ricotta. Mix well, then add flour. Pour the cheesecake preparation onto the buttery crust and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 °F. Let cool, then add a thick layer of jelly on top. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
