Pasta with sardines, bread crumbs and Parmesan

We rarely think to make pasta with a can of sardines, although we should because it's super easy and quick to prepare! Cook up 3/4 pound pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet, and add 2 crushed garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons bread crumbs and 2 1/2 tablespoons pine nuts. Saute until nicely browned. Set aside. Add 1 can of drained sardines to the skillet. Make sure there are no bones, and gently break them up into small pieces. Add the cooked pasta, sardine oil (from the can), and mix well. Serve the pasta with the reserved bread crumb mixture and grated Parmesan.
