Spinach-stuffed shells

Saute spinach in a pan with a blob of butter. Cook for a few minutes and season to taste. Add some diced pieces of feta and a handful of  pine nuts. Cook the shells to al dente. Drain and let cool. Stuff the shells with the cheesy spinach preparation, and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
