Beef lo-mein

Julienne a handful of carrots and onions, then saute in a wok for a few minutes and add thinly sliced pieces of beef. Add some shredded cilantro, and season with salt and pepper. Cook the egg noodles as per the instructions on the packet, and stir-fry with the veggies and meat, adding 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Serve hot.
