You can drink the seeds up

Amaranth seeds can be made into a refreshing, healthy drink. Soak 1 cup of toasted amaranth seeds for two hours (or overnight, if possible), then blend with 2 cups of water and 1 cup of coconut milk. Mix well, and add sugar to your liking. For an extra refreshing drink on a hot day, add a couple of ice cubes. Cheers!
