Amaranth seeds are perfect for blending into your morning smoothie. To get your day off to the right start, combine the following ingredients in your blender:

  • ½ cup milk (cow or plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • ½ cup toasted amaranth seeds (or 3 tablespoons of untoasted)
  • ¼ cup oatmeal

Don't hesitate to add some fruit, such as banana or apple for extra energy!
