Home made, LIGHT potato fries: we show you the easy method

Light, crispy, homemade fries

Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl and add a single spoonful of olive oil. Mix well so that all the fries are covered with oil.
Spread the fries out on an oven tray lined with parchment paper. Add salt and, if you like, some other seasonings: paprika, and dried herbs are great.

Bake the potatoes at 360ºF for 15 minutes.

Then turn them over and bake 10 more minutes.

  • Mango
  • Rocket
  • 2 limes
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Red onion, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

METHOD

  1. Lightly sautée the peanuts until golden.
  2. Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  3. Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
  4. Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
