Invest In Quality Cookie Cutters

Even more so than many other types of dough, gingerbread cookie dough is dense and heavy. This means that cheap, flimsy plastic cutters could potentially make a mess of the dough as you try to cut through and create clean and pretty edges for your cookies. Instead, we recommend you invest the little bit extra to upgrade to sharp, high-quality cookie cutters, ideally stainless steel. These will have no trouble slicing through the dough to create perfect shapes for your festive cookies.
