These empanadas are great for when you’ve got a little bit of cheese leftover that you don’t know how to recycle.

 

You’ll need:

1 readymade roll of puff pastry

1/2 cup Brie, Camembert or fresh goat cheese

2 apples

1 tablespoon butter

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon milk

  • 1 baguette

  7. Slice and serve!
