Pull-apart pesto bread

We all know and love pull-apart bread, but have you ever tried stuffing one with pesto? It's pure heaven!

Buy a round loaf of white bread then cut lines into it both horizontally and diagonally, without touching the bottom. Fill the bread with the leftover pesto and slices of fresh mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is totally melted and bubbling.
