Sundried tomatoes

If you're looking to add a subtle tang to your burger, look no further than sun-dried tomatoes. Although shriveled and flaccid compared to their round predecessors, they are just as high in lycopene, vitamin C and other important antioxidants.

Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mix together with a crumbly cheese, such as feta or gorgonzola. Incorporate the savory mixture into the ground beef, and form into equal-sized patties.
