Spinach

It doesn't get much healthier than spinach. Great for salads, vegetable sautés, omelets, it's also a popular meatball mixer. So why not sneak it into your meaty burger for an additional healthy source of iron?

Mix frozen, thawed and drained spinach with chopped artichokes and cream cheese for a rich, gooey burger stuffing reminiscent of the popular baked dip. Talk about two comfort foods in one!
