For this recipe, peel and grate 1 carrot and cut 1/2 peeled cucumber into matchstick-sized pieces. Wash and roughly chop 6 lettuce leaves. Cut 1 chicken breast into thin strips and cook in a skillet. Lay out the wrap, spread it with 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and add a bit of chicken, lettuce, cucumber and carrot. Fold the sides in, and roll up tightly.
