Pico de gallo

Pico de Gallo, also known as Salsa Fresca, is a fresh raw tomato salsa. It's also really easy to make, because all it requires are a few chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped red onion and a handful of finely chopped cilantro. Season with fresh lime juice and salt to taste, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

You can also add loads of extras to jazz it up, such as steamed shrimp, fresh mango, cucumbers, bell peppers, chili peppers or avocado.
