For an original pizza, you've got to try this mussel and mozzarella topping. Simply open 1 pound of mussels and get rid of the shells. Place your store-bought pizza dough on a baking sheet, coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil and then add 1/2 pound chopped tomatoes. Add the mussels and 1 fistful of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 400° F. You can also add some smoked salmon on top.
