Fried eggs and smoked salmon toast points

Brinner is the new brunch (breakfast for dinner). Who ever convinced us to only eat eggs for  breakfast anyway? Try this easy fried egg and smoked salmon toast points recipe: crack 2 eggs into a buttered skillet without breaking the egg yolk. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm. Also, try this yummy twist on toast points with smoked salmon: Toast 1/4 of a crusty baguette and spread it with butter. Add a bit of dill or finely chopped chives and top with smoked salmon. Slice into thin strips, and enjoy!
