Simple pork and vegetable stir fry

Cooking in a wok allows you to whip up super-fast meals without losing out on the flavor or vitamins of the ingredients. Pick whichever veggies you prefer, and chop them up however you want (julienne, thin rounds, grated, cubed, etc.). Heat your wok on high with a bit of sesame oil. Cook thin strips of pork for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally and flipping once or twice. Set aside. Add a little more oil with the vegetables and let them sear for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes total, until they are warmed through but still crunchy. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, return the pork to the pan, and heat through. Serve immediately. Sub sliced chicken or shrimp if desired.
