Fancy grilled cheese with Gruyère and shaved turkey
All you need to make this comforting cheesy sandwich classic is a single skillet. Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on one slice of bread. Add thinly shaved turkey slices and a handful of grated Gruyère (or sub a slice of Swiss cheese). Top with another slice of bread, and place into a lightly oiled skillet.
