Rhubarb crumble tart

After carefully cleaning the fresh rhubarb, cut it into small slices and let it sit overnight covered with white sugar. The next day, add the rhubarb to your tart or pie dough, and get cracking on the crumble topping. Simply mix flour, sugar and softened butter with your fingers until the mixture becomes well incorporated and crumbly. Top and bake, delish!
